Dear Parents,

This is a reminder that Team Evanston is holding registration tomorrow from 9am-12pm at the Evanston Civic Center. You should attend to turn in any missing forms, make a payment, and order a uniform.

• Read the below instructions carefully.
• Be sure to bring checks or a credit card.
• All U11-U15 players will need purchase an Adidas uniform from Chicago Soccer.
• All new Team Evanston U08-U10, U16-U17 players will need purchase an Adidas uniform from Chicago Soccer.
• If you cannot attend, you can pay online, email your forms (see section IV), and order your uniform from Chicago Soccer (see section II).

I. In order to accept your spot, you need to: 

 Login to your TE account, register and pay for the season.

Roster Acceptance Deadline- Saturday, June 16th

If you do not make a payment or a payment arrangement by the deadline, you will lose your player’s spot.

II. Uniform

• All U11-14 players will need purchase an Adidas uniform from Chicago Soccer
• All new U08-10 players will need purchase an Adidas uniform from Chicago Soccer 
• Order in person on June 16th at the Evanston Civic Center 9am-12pm
• Order Online
• Order in person at Chicago Soccer’s Wilmette location after June 16th
