Soccer at Home

For all our at-home activities and challenges, we highly recommend parents help players identify safe spaces for their player(s) to play.

AT HOME ACTIVITIES

Team Evanston has created several simple at-home activities for players to complete when they are not at soccer.

These at-home activities are designed for technical repetition (practice). We have chosen to present them as 60-seconds challenges through so players can create targets and goals for during their training. Each activity can be completed in a backyard or park. Some players may even have space in their home to complete the activity, however, we strongly encourage any player to work with their parent(s) or guardian(s) on identifying the safest place for them to play-at-home.

These at-home activities include dribbling and juggling challenges for players to complete. We are not keeping scores for these challenges. Rather, we are asking players to send us a video of them completing the challenge, or, to tag us when they post the completion of their challenge on Instagram. We may then select to re-post their effort!

Each challenge is either accompanied by a video from our Team Evanston Instagram account (see link on the right) or by a diagram and short description.
